Meet the Founder

Xiaoxiao Mulhall is the Founder of Sinoventures, a cross-border consultancy supporting Irish and European businesses exploring the Chinese market. Originally from China and living in Ireland for over 25 years, she operates at the intersection of both cultures — advising founders on sourcing, market entry, and commercial feasibility within China.

She is the 2026 President of Network Ireland Kildare Branch, part of anational organisation supporting women in business across Ireland.

Xiaoxiao has led sourcing visits, negotiated directly with manufacturers, and supported brands assessing market entry into China.
